 I personally  hand craft custom healing crystal jewelry and have an array of healing crystals in our crystal shop. Crystals carry frequencies and each crystal admits a different frequency. We as humans are made of energy and  admit frequencies as well. You may have heard the term "bad vibes" or "low vibes" and that is an example of one human picking up on another humans energy when they are not as positive or in the right frame of mind. Crystals affect our energy  by wearing, carrying or having a crystal around and allowing the frequencies to enter our vibrational field. This is why we choose the crystals that will help bring the frequency we are needing. For example, rose quartz will help you open to love, black tourmaline carries a frequency that sucks in low vibrations and transmutes the negative energy to positive and protects your energy. Some crystals help you focus, open the imagination, enhance psychic abilities or even break habits that are holding you back from your highest good.
